Partial Hydrolytic Polyacrylamide Anion (PHPA) used to oil displacement agent for the tertiary oil recovery. It is a drilling mud material with good performance. It is often used in drilling, industrial wastewater water treatment, inorganic sludge treatment and paper industry。
Polyacrylamide is a kind of multi-functional oilfield chemical treatment agent, which is widely used in drilling, cementing, completion, workover, fracturing, acidizing, water injection, water plugging profile control and tertiary oil production, especially in drilling, water plugging profile control and tertiary oil production. The polyacrylamide solution has a high viscosity, good thickening, flocculation and rheological regulation, and is used as an oil displacement agent and drilling mud regulator in oil exploitation. In the middle and late stage of oil exploitation, polymer flooding and asp flooding technologies are widely used in China to enhance oil recovery. The oil-water velocity ratio was improved by injecting polyacrylamide solution, and the content of crude oil in the produced material was increased. The addition of polyacrylamide to tertiary oil recovery can increase the oil displacement capacity, avoid the breakdown of the oil layer, and improve the recovery efficiency of oil bed. Water treatment includes raw water treatment, sewage treatment and industrial water treatment. It can be used together with activated carbon in raw water treatment to condense and clarify suspended particles in living water. If the organic flocculant acrylamide is used to replace the inorganic flocculant, the water purification capacity can be increased by more than 20% even if the sedimentation tank is not modified. In sewage treatment, polyacrylamide can increase the utilization rate of water recycling and can also be used for sludge dehydration. Used as an important formulation in industrial water treatment.
